Mizuno Run Club This Thursday

Mizuno will have another Mizuno Run Club session this coming Thursday, October 11, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. in front of its Mizuno store at Bonifacio High Street. The Club is open to runners of all levels—beginners, intermediate, or elite—and is free of charge. Just show up in your running gear and you are good to go!

  1. i was just curious. pls define beginners? intermediate and elite? what respective pace do they run ?/km. how many k do you guys run? thank you

  2. Hey patrick, they divide the group into 2: beginners/ intermediate and elite.

    Beginners/intermediate run the smaller circle around high street at different paces along with Coach Ige. Beginners: those who have no experience or have run a few times at moderate pace. Intermediate: serious runners, those who run regularly, joined races/marathons in the past. Pace of intermediate would be around 5:00 to 5:30 more or less.

    Last week we ran a little over 8k (8 laps). I have no idea how long we’ll run tonight.

    Elite are the athletes. You’ll see de Asis, Sabal, and other popular names in running in that group so you have an idea about how fast they can go. They run the larger circle around high street.

  3. hi! is this every thursday?
    i have plans of going back to running but it’s been quite busy the past months (i used to do night runs at the fort before i got married last may)
    it would be nice if this is a usual thing so that i could squeeze it in my sched.

  4. Rissa! yes it is a regular thing! it’s every other thursday at the bonifacio high street branch of Mizuno! The club also has its own message boards that you can join! sign up at http://Mizunorunclub.yehey.com! See you and ur hubby on November 8!
