If you are contmeplating on running....you can do it in the beaches of Subic where your landings will be softer...or better run waist deep in water (minus the rocks and jellyfish of course)... you wil still ge3 the same cardio benefits with lesser risk of injury.  HOpe to see you in the 10 miler Yakult... ....yes ...yes ...yes..at ninja turtle pace....</description>

		<description>Well, every runner go to that impatient stage.  I believe it is partially healed but it is not strong enough to withstand the normal wear and tear you do during practice. You need to strengthen it further but doing so needs the hand of time.  Be patient, every injury heals.</description>
