  6. Marga, Brent, and Ben, yes salamt kay rudy b! let’s join all of his races next year haha

Patrick, it’s good you postponed your race then. If I join only the half marathon in pasig (90% probability right now due to my injury ) then yes of course I’ll join your run. If you’re raffling out airconditioners then i’ll definitely be there hehe

Roadrat, yahoo! More reason to join more races next year :)

  7. It’s about time..we are at least 10 years backwards in running technology..this is the end of the “cheaters”!!!I just hope that these chips will be free in all the races.

  8. I’ll make a post on my blog about cheating in the 27th RUNNEX 10K Run last 02 December soon!..This could had been avoided if the runners had RFID chips…fm Jovie75 aka bald runner

  9. yup those chips make you feel world class runners…just like that new balance 25km run organized by xtribe at clark…i guess xtribe was the first to bring that here…they strapped it to us at the start of the race and removed it just when we crossed the finish…and they publish your name if you dont return the chip!haha xtribe did more than just those chips…they put water stations every 2km and they used water bottles and cups…

plus during that part they called the wall (quite a long part of the run by the clark perimeter wall, slight uphill, and almost no shade at all) they put a sprinkler by the mid part…and they hand you bananas, bottled drinks at the end of the run…i guess with the kind of heat here in the phils., we need that kind of attention to aid stations…we runners should demand at least that kind of treatment, we dont mind paying more for races as long as we have that kind of support for our sport…mr roadrat, when do we see you here at the races? by the way, i’ll be in baguio on the 31st, perhaps we could do a short run, not like the hellish run we did at the milo 21km…that killed me…as for you sir, you were STRONG! BR lets go for Subic, your family would enjoy there…
