		<description>the 2008 pasig marathon was my husband&#039;s 1st time to run a full marathon. his PR was 4:28 .. i wouldn&#039;t have any idea if that&#039;s a good or bad record for a 1st timer ... anyways, he stocked up his running shorts with reese&#039;s and caramel candies!!! (*which btw, he 4got to eat &amp; ended up all melted up) now i can surprise him with sports beans! yey! thanks for the tip.</description>

		<description>clif shot blocks are these little gummy cube thingies that are pretty tasty actually. i think you can get about 100 calories per 3 blocks. when doing long runs, i take these first, about 100 cal at a time.

should you want to order them online, i&#039;d recommend the margarita flavor.
