Mizuno Race Results

For Mizuno Infinity Run race results, click here.

I spent over 10 minutes searching for my name only to find out that I’m #256, nameless, and a male.  Just perfect since my time was terrible anyway. It’s actually 32.17 here—slightly faster than my Garmin time!

Congratulation to my running buddy, Annie Agoncillo, for coming in 4th in the Women’s category at 15k with an incredible time of 1:06! Woohoo!

  1. I thought we were “seeded” runners last weekend. Ganda pa naman ng numbers natin. anonymous runners pala tayo. hahahahahahahahaha

  3. Mizuno had a faster timer than my GF 305. At least, my time was 7 seconds off/below 1:17:00 and it feels good to improve slowly. thanks for posting the results. see you on the next road race. kailan ba at saan ang next road race natin?

  4. Mizuno clocked me in slower at 1:19:45 when I really finished with a time of 1:19:18. That’s 27 seconds ha! I have the pic to prove it as my wife took my pic from the back

So when do they really get your time? 27 seconds after crossing the finish line I was already talking with my wife already. Sayang naman sprint ko in the last 2 kilometers if my finishing time will not even be accurate.

  5. kingofpots, you may want to join to 94K Weekend at SCTEX on April 20, 2008. We drove at the SCTEX when it was opened temporarily during the Holy Week. The scenery is spectacular.

As for me, go for 42K again!

  6. Bald Runner, either Bayani run or 94k or both hahaha :) Hope to see you!

Mark, one thing with local races is that you shouldn’t really trust the time! There was a race last year wherein someone tripped over the wire of the clock so no one had the time for a few minutes. Crazy!

Atty jon, good luck in your marathon! I’m sure it’s going to be great to run there.

  7. Jaymie, I am so happy you are finally back after all those months of figuring out the best remedy for the pain on your knee. BTW, even if you haven’t ran in a long time your 5k time is still faster than mine. Argh!!! I am 40 though. haha. Congrats Jaymie.

  8. Hi Bullrunner! I haven’t checked your blog in a while so didn’t know that you were in the crowd. Sayang, it would’ve been good to have met you since your blog is one of my favorites for running.

About the missing name on the race results, could it be because you registered a day before the race? Maybe they didn’t have time to encode it. hehe…

  9. So the time shouldn’t be called official then? mwehehehe Im okay with a few seconds but 27? Grrrr

  10. Mic, I registered a week ahead in the Mizuno main office. No biggie :) If my time was good, then that’s an entirely different story. Looking forward to meeting you at a future race.

Mark, I’d be content just knowing I achieved what I could with my unofficial time. At least your wife saw you…that’s what’s important diba? hehehe. Kung mali yung official time, don’t lose sleep over it and hope that the next race is more accurate. :)

  12. Jaymie, how did you know Im so bothered by it? hehehe Nakakatulog naman ako. Im just so anal about my finishing time. My other sports are time based as well and we win by milliseconds! Well, that was before when I was younger. I shouldn’t be as competitive in running now as Im just a newbie. But hey, I play seriously like most kids. Maybe I just eat too much Fita biscuits.

Its my wife’s first time to watch a running event. That’s a milestone for us. : ) As for the official time, bahala na si Batman.

  14. Congrats to Annie. I saw her flying at the 3k mark. My knee hurt the day after and its been on and off. I hope to be running pain free soon. Wifey was not happy that they didn’t post her name. She was a few seconds behind you.

    Regards Mark

  15. my very first run! my time was at 38 mins for 5k, proud of my time talaga, thank you to my friend, Allyn, who now i call “coach” haha,, at 44, never ran, have vice, started working out only last February, and i made it! which means it’s not too late for my age to be fit.. and if you believe you can make it, you really can!
btw, we were not registered cuz naubusan na raw ng number?? kaya we were just “saling kets” only,,, good my friend “Coach” sat by the stage there and nag tiyaga sa “bring me” game just to get me a shirt as souvenir.. haha.. huhu….

  17. Newbie, sorry to hear that. Don’t worry you’ll have future races with results to prove it. I used to raise hell over my misspelled name, wrong gender, or slower time but after so many errors I think I’ve gotten used to it.

Markfb, yup I hope your wife continues to go and hopefully run with you in the future!

Miraclecello, nice to hear from you! The past few days I thought that Mizuno should just release an apology letter to acknowledge their mistake. Turns out they did! Thanks for sending.

Markp, I’ve started running at alabang again but limited to the uphills for strength and field for low-impact. Sobrang bitin but if it’s for my own good then sige na nga. Hope your pain goes away soon.

Lugs, it’s never too late! Hope this is the start of a healthier lifestyle for you. Your “coach” should be able to guide you along the way :)

Carlo, the mizuno yehey group was working fine yesterday but I cant access it now either. Maybe it’s under repair or something?

  18. Hi bullrunner,

There will be 2 races on April 13, GK-sponsored in MOA and GMA/QTV-sponsored in The Fort.

    Where do I join?

  19. I wonder where to search the result of the Mizuno Infinity Race. My friends received an email about their result and unfortunate I haven’t received any. It’s my first time to join a race and I am very much interested to know my result. I ran into your blog site but when I click the link for the result it say’s ‘problem loading page’ i don’t know where to find my result. It’s very frustrating. And my friends told me that the Mizuno Infinity Race sucks. It’s not that organized.
