1. Typhoon Halong (Cosme to Pagasa) is due to hit the Ilocos coast tonight (Saturday) after sparing Manila earlier in the week. In any case track its progress on http://www.maybagyo.com (Use the American or Japanese meteorological agency links there instead of Pagasa, which tends to be unreliable)

4. HAY, it’s now 4:20 a.m. Sunday still wondering if Pringles is pushing thru or not hehe,, well, we, me and many kids, might as well go then if there’s nary a soul, then we come back home haha.. sayang inubos ko pa one can of pringles yesterday duh… hahahaha.. gud day TBR! God bless.

5. it’s me again,, pringles run went on fine,, cloudy skies and a little wind didnt hamper the event. we got about 20 cans pringles in all hahahaha enough for each one to take home 2 cans each! sulit! We met runners from Market! Market! event yata yun, eh, ininggit ko na lang sila we have free pringles hekhek… they got caught in the rain though, cuz theirs was 8k yata? rain poured after i crossed finish line. now the sun is shining a little! nice day…

6. PRINGLES race went on despite the threat of bad weather. It was a good race, blessed with the cool weather. Runners also comes in jampacked attendance.

8. wasn’t able to. the rain in pampanga was terrible and it’d be too hazardous for owen to drive early in the morning with that kind of weather. ok lang. may doc fit naman next week

9. gee.. i hope to join the doc fit, try to run last saturday night at UP lagoon, my knee injury came out again, , oh well maybe i’ll run the doc fit without any time concious to beat my PR time for 5K (22:47-ANTA), after this ill try to run/challenge for 10K @ mizuno
