		<description>Dont get to easy with only running. I see a great future for you in the triathlon. I went through the results today just to find you are 8th place in the mini sprint. Coongratulations, not to shabby for a first triathlon. I see a natural in the making... At least you dont have to say goodbye for the running. I see you killed the tri field with the running, it is deffinately your strong point. CONGRATS</description>

		<description>Yeah I&#039;m sure your cross training really helped you improve many things like leg muscles and other stuff.  I&#039;ve read somewhere (maybe in Runnerworld.com) that you can be a strong runner even if you only run 3x a week.  All you need to do is incorporate hard cross training in between.  Now your reaping all those benefits.  Keep it up TBR and see you on other races soon.

Remember that post I had about running out the door and feeling just absolutely amazing throughout my entire run, that was after a short hiatus from running which I needed because of a nagging pain in my knee.
