Second Wind Running Store

SecondWindRunningStore

My good friend fellow running addict, Pinoy Ultra member, and running shoe expert, Hector Yuzon, will soon be opening the store of his dreams: SECOND WIND RUNNING STORE.

He envisions SECOND WIND to be the complete running store which will provide runners not just with all the equipment they need, but the information to make the right choices, especially regarding shoes. Hector plans to manage the store himself, sharing his knowledge about shoes and guiding the buyer step-by-step (no pun intended).

He also wants this to be the place to hang out in—before or after a run. Wow, sounds like my dream store too. If only there was a branch in the South…hint hint.

OPENING: March 2009
ADDRESS: 88 Maginhawa St., Teachers Village QC
EMAIL: secondwind.proshop@gmail.com

  5. I envy people who have Guts and Determination to make their passion into reality. I always dreamed to have a running store back in the 80’s
But I guess no Guts no glory. Let’s support the local Entrepreneur. Let’s support the local Runners. Good luck and may your dreams come true. And yes have an outlet in the south 

  10. First it was more races, even the ultra distance, now another store to cater to serious runners with training runs to start from the store in the future. So good to see running growing big in PI! Much success to the new running store!

  19. Good luck and more power. We need local stores like this. To add to the wish list — yankz shoe laces, CWX compression leggings and running bandanas :) . I think based on this forum, you already have a good market.

  20. Dude Hector, I need a new of pair of shoes.

Will you allow your friends to pay you in installments? Haha.

Don’t sell alcohol or your store will turn into a bar. Well maybe after a race :)
