		<description>Haha you had trail shoes and named &quot;Rucky Chucky&quot;. I think Rucky Chucky is here, a trail here in California, don&#039;t quote me on that though. Fun right?! You use more of your body on a trail run, you are more unstable and the body works harder to keep you balanced. You use more of your legs, core, back, everything and without the harsh pounding of pavement. Trail running is a good way to add to your road miles and the hills does wonders for the glutes:)</description>
