		<description>I had a severe left knee problem as well. I am healthy now and am training for a marathon on July 26. I went to Intercare (this is not an advertisment) where they combine the Graston technique with physical therapy. I came to a point where I could not complete 2K. Now I&#039;m very okay. You might like to consider that.</description>

		<description>Hi Jaymie, have you been running too many laps in the same direction on the track ,because that may lead to a left- right strenght imbalance in the hips.Similarly,running on cambered roads places different stress on the inside as opposed to the outside leg,which can result in the same problem. I have read fast running tends to be less problematic for ITBS sufferers than slower running.they suggest your return to normal training by supplementing your cross=training workouts with a few relaxed sprints to maintain as much of your running-specific fitness adaptation as possible while you recover.Good luck</description>
