hi tbr,

i was thinking that prolly you can help me ... i'm into running but haven't been able to do that the past few months. but everytime i start running again, i feel pain on my upper right joint (where the upper thigh joint meets the hip bone, sorry i'm not good at describing it obviously, hehe). but yeah, there's tingling pain of the bones, it'll start as parang tight then it's like the bones are scratching each other, that kind of pain. i normally would feel the pain after running for more than 35-40mins without rest. do you think this is something serious? or i just need to do more stretching before running? hope you can help me. thanks!

Hi Khun, exclusive villages around makati, some areas of BHS (don't run on the sidewalk because it's concrete), alabang hills, some parts of filinvest (although asphalt seems to be just an inch thick)...and I hope to find more. :)

Don't forget the polo fields and track ovals :)

hi tbr, where are the areas in makati / alabang that have asphalt roads? my training plan calls for long runs now, and to take a break from the concrete roads of villages, i've resorted to running on the treadmill *yawn* ... please help save my sanity (and knees)!
