If you are doing a slow run ALONE and you don't mind seeing the washings hung on the fence by about 4,500 flood evacuees temporarily housed at the Willie Revillame stadium (and their dogs tied to the tree trunks around the oval), I doubt that the Pasig police will stop you. The pool is closed though. They turned the changing area into a large kitchen.
