Bull Session 2: Saturday, March 27

BULLSESSION
Mark your running calendars for the next BULL SESSION, a run clinic where we run slow and easy together. This clinic is free and is open to everyone.

DATE: SATURDAY, MARCH 27, 2010
TIME: 5 A.M.
VENUE: in front of R.O.X., Bonifacio High Street
DURATION: 2 hours (runners who wish to run shorter may choose to end earlier)
GUEST COACH: Coach Jim Lafferty, race director of The Bull Runner Dream Marathon. He will briefly discuss the TBR Dream Marathon Training Program before the run.
PACERS: Team Secondwind

To TBR Dream Marathoners: we will not have a Bull Session on March 20 to make way for the Globe Run for Home which many of us are joining.

  7. Can newbies join/observe? I’ve been wanting to start running outdoors but am somewhat hesitant because of my weight. I regularly run at least 1k in the gym as warmup for resistance training sessions though.

    Thanks for organizing it.
    I was overwhelmed because this “training” was the farthest I’ve ran…

    I’m a newbie and have no regular training, I’ve run 3 10ks, but this is about 15-16k?
