TBR DM 2012: Bull Session 3 @ NUVALI

It was the perfect setting for our 3rd Bull Session this morning. Our TBR Dream Marathoners ran long for 1 hour and 45 mins. in the cool and nippy holiday air at NUVALI. I won’t say much in this post since these photos will effectively show you how much fun we had this morning.

Congratulations to our TBR Dream Marathoners for running strong today!

  1. Great everything this morning! traffic (none), cool weather, serene venue, friendly tbr dreamers, encouraging pacers, best hydration and as usual everything was well organized. Every detail taken care of. All we had to do was RUN ! It was a great opportunity to survey the challenges ahead of us. Prepare our strategy and plan our “attack” come D-day. Thank you for this morning TBRDM team !

  2. I wasn’t able to join the group picture. Icar and myself arrived the starting point at 2 hours 9 minutes. We found ourselves following a runner who really wasn’t part of TBRDM. We should have turned around when we saw the 1st group coming.

  4. First time to run-walk and I’m quite surprised that average pace was very close than doing all-run. But the difference is, I didn’t feel any body aches during and after the run! I wish it’s always like this…to all runners! :-)

  5. Thanks for the great run jaymie! For me it was the perfect ” jump start ” to finally end my running hiatus. Sorry could not help out as pacer…that run was my longest in like six months! My legs were super sore after but i welcomed the pain…haha! I would love to help out and volunteer on the next bull runs. Are there still slots for pacer on race day? Thanks and nice seeing you again!

  6. Hi Ms. Jaymie, thanks for posting the pictures, me and my friends (Davao-based TBR dreamers) can’t attend the bull sessions but your blog at least keeps us updated on what to expect on race day. I was wondering if you can send me or post info about the route’s elevation profile or at maybe a gps track of the route so me and my friends here can look for a practice route that is more or less the same as the actual route. Thanks!
