RIP Jimmy Ocampo, TBR Dream Marathon – Batch 2013

In behalf of the TBR Dream Team, we would like to extend our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Jimmy Ocampo who passed away this morning. He was a registered participant of TBR Dream Marathon 2013 this coming Sunday.

To honor his life and his passion for running, we wish to award him a TBR Dream Marathon medal on Sunday. His colleague, Don Ubaldo, has offered to run in his name.

RUN FOR JIMMY

All TBR Dream Marathon 2013 participants who wish to run for Jimmy on Sunday may get blank race bibs at the Poster Making Booth at the Dream Village activity area starting 1 AM on race day. You may write “I’m running for Jimmy” or a short note for Jimmy and pin this on your back while running the marathon.

What was the cause of his death? Was it related to running?

Thank you for posting this. I am saddened by his passing though I don’t know him or have met him..must have seen him in one of our sessions. Is it possible to have his picture posted here? It would be good to put a face on his name. My condolences to his family and friends… He’s on my thoughts as I run this Sunday..

hi mam jayme, with due respect to you and mr ubaldo..the late jimmy ocampo is a member of TEAM PONKAN RUNNER and i personally believe that a fellow ponkan runner have the right to run for our beloved sir jimmy. thanks
