		<description>When did you start running? Started when I was 8. Sa tubuhan while playing moro moro with other kids. When I got to college, I stopped running already. Now the fire is burning again and the fire started this January 2010.
Where do you run? Basically Boni High Street.
How often do you run? 3x a week or when I’m a bit in the mood 4x.a week.
Do you run alone or with others? Preference? Most of the time, I run by myself. I prefer it that way. It’s my ME time.
What is your favorite running accessory? Just my Nike  running shoes and a timer.
What is the best benefit of running for you? It makes me alive. It helps me lose weight. It improves my overall well being.
What is your running goal? Short term goal: Run 10k. (within this year) Long term: Run a marathon (next year).

7.What is your running goal? To complete one full marathon 
8.Why do you run? I love the after feel. It pushes me beyond my limits and I love the fact that I compete with myself and myself alone. Every race for me is an opportunity to beat myself and to run faster than my last race.</description>

6.What is the best benefit of running for you? I lost weight.  I could not imagine losing 20 lbs just from running.  I still take my usual diet.  And because of running, I can now maintain my weight at 110-112 lbs.
7.What is your running goal?  For year 2010, I have to do a half-marathon.  My long-term goal is to be a life-time runner.
