Mommy Milkshake Marathon Year 3

MMM-flyer-0816

Here’s a fun race for families: Mommy Milkshake Marathon Year 3. My sister organizes this event every year. It’s the least competitive, but most fun-filled and relaxed race you could join. I’ll definitely be there with the kids.

  1. My baby Roxy and I had lots of fun last year.
She now likes running around a lot.
We’re now in training for this race, this will be her debut run.
I’m sure I’ll be carrying her half the time, we’re still looking forward to this race!

  2. i almost didn’t recognize the race venue at first when i saw the pics you took in the previous MMM Year 2 report, how the landscape has changed so much in just about a year, pun meaning running landscape as well :)

  6. i’m urging my fiancee to run this race…planning to tag along our daughter. just a few questions, is this run for mom’s only?cause if it’s just for mom’s, we could plan ahead and might bring our househelp to tend to our daughter so i could run too around high street while waiting for her.

  18. I haven’t received confirmation email though I registered online last August 18. Anyway, Micky sent me two text messages about this meaningful event. My wife is currently two months pregnant with our first baby. I hope this event will also bring awareness to my wife and others the importance of breastfeeding. Mabuhay!

  19. Hi, I joined this run and definitely it was great. The slight drizzle didn’t dampen the mood at all!

I definitely appreciated the email reminders. It was a good process advising people of what to expect (eg bag security, how to expect a postponement of event in case of bad weather, etc.). It shows how concerned the organizers are for the welfare of the runners!

Thanks for posting this event…had it not been posted, I wouldn’t know its existence. I will definitely look forward to next year’s event. It’s for a good cause and it definitely promotes family bonding.

I was alone during the event but enjoyed seeing the smiles / laughter before, during, and after the event!

    Keep it up!
