  5. Did experimental fartlek :-) 5 min run 20 second sprint. Did me good and shaved off almost 5 min off of Condura PR.

    Saw you close to the Buendia U turn. Looked strong and with perfect form!

  6. Congrats Jaymie! I got my new PR. I was faster by 13 mins :) , not as fast you though, but it was still a self-fulfillment for me. thanks alot to jeff galloway’s method. thanks to TBR!

    i just want to share my observation, how come every start of the race theres a stretching and warm up being conducted by a fitness first representative, while in fact its already crowded at the starting line. what gives? doesnt the organizers realize this?

  12. @Jaymie congratulations! I can only dream of running a sub 2 hour 21K haha I would have loved to run UniLab but BDM102K was on the same day! :) see you at the send-off! :)
