Do You Believe in Second Chances?

I certainly do. And, it turns out, so does Gatorade.

Liberty

The good people at Gatorade are giving me the chance to run my dream marathon…again. Hopefully, this time, I get to run it exactly the way I want it. No more tripping over Disneyland sidewalks (grrr!), pre-race sightseeing, and last but not the least freezing my thighs off in shorts. I know now what to do and what NOT to do.

It will be serious, steady, and hopefully joyful running at the biggest marathon in the world: The ING New York City Marathon 2011. Looking forward to seeing you again in November, New York!

Gatorade, thank you!

  15. Good luck in the NYC Marathon. I sue to run many cold weather marathons in the states and they were ok as long as the wind wasnt blowing (takes my breath away, brrrr). Always dress warmly and cheaply so as you get warm you can discard a cheap sweathshirt, windbreaker, etc. if you want. Many times the races will donate these clothes to less fortunate. Most of all, good luck and have fun…….

  21. I do not know what your schedule is like after NYC but just incase you are heading to the West Coast, three great marathons are still open. I’ll be running the two…

Nov 12 St. Barabara International Marathon

    Nov 13 Malibu International Marathon

Catalina Island Marathon is on the 12th… more scenic alternative to Sta. Barbara.
