Bull Session 3: A Crucial Step in TBR Dream Marathon Training
Coach Lit Onrubia led our 3rd Bull Session, free run clinics based on TBR Dream Marathon training program, at Track 30th in Bonifacio Global City last December 1. Runners ran for two hours around Bonifacio Global City with various groups depending on their run-walk intervals and paces.
