By now, you’ve probably seen or got your hands on a copy of the latest TBR Magazine for November/December 2010.  On the cover is is popular race organizer, super fast runner, and good friend, Coach Rio dela Cruz who just finished the New York Marathon with a fantastic time of 2 hours 59 minutes.  And, may I proudly declare that he did so in freezing weather wearing only a singlet and short shorts?!  Amazing.
