Have you seen the new Gatorade ad? Oh, it just has some of my fave athletes: Alyssa Valdez of the Ateneo Lady Eagles, fastest runner in the world Usain Bolt, Gilas Pilipinas point guard Terrence Romeo and tennis champ Serena Williams on board.
I think it’s a fantastic way not just to inspire people to follow in these great athletes’ footsteps, but also remind everyone—whether you’re a newbie or a competitive athlete—that proper hydration is important not just for your performance but overall health and safety.
