  2. It’s my ‘lifelong’ dream to move on the 10k straight run/jog after joining several 5k runs and so far, I knew that the REAL Chi run is the key. I believe that I deserve to be educated only by the best in the field.

  5. My drive to succeed in very recent challenges–winning the Takbo.ph biggest loser contest with 34 lbs lost in 42 days, finally hitting a sub-2hr 21K last Sunday, and currently trying to run 301km in December to get a BaldRunner 1,000km shirt by Rizal Day Run–helped in rekindling both my love for running and my willingness to perform better in this passion.

  20. I already love the sport but I tend to get obsessed with improving quantitative indicators of progress such as PR and pounds lost and in the process, I overtrain and burn out, forgetting that running should be just as enjoyable as it is challenging. I hope chi running will help me cultivate a balanced approach toward the sport so that I can enjoy it more and maximize the emotional and spiritual benefits aside from just the physical benefits.
