  2. Hi… is it recommended to join the walking session if you’re joining the HM for KOTR the next day?

  5. Hi TBR. Congratulations on the Personal Best and Good Luck in NEw York!

Do you think it will be a good idea to bring our kids , aged 7, 9, 10 and 12 to the Bull Session on Chi Walking.

I will also be joining the KOTR the next day. But I do a lot of walking even in my work, so I thought attending the 1st Bull Session will be better , for me and my family, than just resting that time for the KOTR.

  7. This morning’s bull sesh was excellent! Lit is inspirational, he makes me want to stock up my own collection of running books. Realized how different (waaaay different!) my regular walk is from the right way when doing the run-walk method. It’ll take some getting used to. Thank you Jaymie and Lit!
