The Science of Running
This is going to be one interesting and informative talk. The topics are well-chosen and very technical. And, the speakers are both great athletes; they’ve both done the Ironman six times!
Too bad I’ll be abroad on the 26th. I highly recommend you register already as there are only 50 slots open.
