Over 8,000 women rocked it last May 9, 2015 for the inaugural Nike Women’s 10k Manila run at Filinvest City. Aside from the unique feature of being an exclusive women’s only event, it was also a night race with gun start at 9:00 PM. Dash N’ Dine, a 3k / 5k / 10k fun run and food bazaar event, at the UP Diliman Academic Oval will be held on May 3, 2015. Proceeds will go to a group of 40 kids who are beneficiaries of K.I.D.S. (Kids Integrated Development through Schooling) and to five students from the College of Business Administration who are the beneficiaries of the UP JMA scholarship fund.
We’re thrilled to finally have the inaugural Nike Women’s 10k Manila on 9 May 2015 at Filinvest City, Alabang! Considering how more women are lacing up nowadays (it’s pretty obvious that there’s about a 50:50 split now among men and women running in Manila), it’s a good call for Nike to further grow that market. The 2015 Run United 2 will be held on June 7, 2015 with 5k, 10k, 21k and 32km race categories. All categories will have a start and finish at Mall of Asia.
+ Priority registration for 2015 Run United 1 participants is ongoing until March 13 only
+ Regular Online and In store registration starts March 14 until May 14 only
+ Register before April 16 and get a guaranteed finishers’ shirt size for 21km and 32km participants
+ Online registrants have an option to have their race kits delivered or pick-up (selected stores only)
+ Race kit claiming period is from May 21 to May 31 only

Earth Day Run 2015, powered by National Geographic Channel (NGC), is expecting 20,000 runners to participate on April 26, 2015 at the Mall of Asia Open Grounds, with the addition of 5,000 runners for its Baguio leg. Support from the registration of all participants will help raise money for portable solar powered lighting kits that will be sent to communities in Mindoro, a project of NGC’s environmental partner, World Wildlife Fund for Nature.
